I really enjoyed the beers here. My favorite was the gold jacket of course, but the coffee one and golden goose were also good.

The food was decent. I had the wings bbq/buffalo, jalapeño poppers, and pepperoni pizza.

Everything was decently priced, inside decor is cool.

I didn't realize there is a neat basement bar when i went looking for the bathroom. Server was nice and attentive. I will come back the next time I'm in town!

I enjoyed both my visits to this facility. Very nice inside with two floors. Service has always been great: Friendly bartenders who know the product. I value honest opinions from staff given the good sized tap list.

Each visit they had a nice assortment of styles, both traditional (Pilsner) and new (milkshake IOA). Their coffee porter was a favorite.

Have to admit that both times we only ate the jalapeño poppers, nice and crispy with actual pieces of the pepper inside. Very good.

Next time in the Canton area, I'll definitely return.

Thought we would stop here for a quick beer and bite to eat before a show at the Palace Theater.... bad idea. We had over an hour before the show started. We went downstairs to the "speakeasy" where the only thing easy was finding a seat. There were signs that said order food and beer at the bar, where there was a line of ten people waiting. There were maybe fifty people in the place with one person taking orders, one person delivering them, and one person tending the bar. We waited over ten minutes just to order then waited 45 mins for a chicken wrap and potato chips of which we never received.
The one flight of beer we were able to order and get was mediocre at best and we will never return. I asked the person delivering the food if she could check on our order she said she would then disappeared and we never saw her again.

Canton has a few breweries. In this case, it's in the middle of downtown. This takes up a whole block and you can't miss it. It's a pretty large brewery. They have a different atmosphere on each floor.

It looks way too big to be a craft brewery. It apparently is. The building was a warehouse. On the ground floor is the main bar. The kitchen is on the other side of the building, taking up a large space. I didn't know about the other floor. When looking for the bathroom, the directions pointed down the stairs. It was a clever idea putting the bathrooms here. This led me to the speakeasy. This can also be accessed from the street. It's really just another bar. They also have an area to play cornhole. I had a Tuscora. It's about $5 for a pint. This is rather crisp and smooth.

It's a great use of space that otherwise would be rotting. Both floors are really cool. They also have enough space that they have escape rooms according to something I read there.

Came here while visiting my sister. We went downstairs to the Speakeasy basement first, and then went upstairs for food later on. I loved the ambience of both floors. They have the added brewing equipment to give the feel of a brewery.

The beer list was pretty good. We got a flight of a few of the beers, I thought the cream ale was pretty good, but I think my favorite was the brown velvet ale!

We decided last minute to try to sign up for an escape room down the street, we put our name down for a reservation at 8:30 (Friday night) which gave us about an hour to an hour and a half for dinner, so we came back to Canton Brewing Co for food. We let the waiter know we had time constraints and he was super helpful in getting our food and drinks and check to us in a timely manner.

I think I made a poor decision on my food choice though. I ordered a veggie wrap. I had a fatty lunch earlier and thought I could use the veggies. It's not a regular choice for me when I go out but I've had good ones before. I found myself adding salt and pepper to the wrap before each bite because it didn't taste like they had added ANY seasoning to the veggies. Everyone else at my table ordered a burger and the grilled cheese and their sandwiches looked great, so I'm sure they were really good! And my French fries were perf. If I come back again, I know what I'm ordering!
